By booking a service with Aces Auto Aesthetics LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
1. Services
Aces Auto Aesthetics LLC provides mobile auto detailing services in Aurora, Denver, Cherry Creek, and surrounding areas of the Denver Metro. All services are performed at the location provided by the Client at the time of booking. The specific scope of each service is defined on our website and confirmed at booking.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability. By submitting a booking, the Client agrees to provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and a valid service address. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. Confirmation of a booking does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us via text or email.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control, with no penalty to the Client.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and card. Prices quoted on our website are starting prices for a standard sedan. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any additional services requested. Size adjustments (Midsize +15%, Full-Size SUV +25%, Truck +30%, Large/Lifted +40%) will be disclosed before service begins.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing vehicle damage, stains that were disclosed as potentially unremovable, or dissatisfaction arising from conditions beyond our control. This guarantee is limited to a re-service of the same scope and does not entitle the Client to a refund.
6. Pre-Existing Damage
Aces Auto Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: scratches, chips, stains, odors, mechanical issues, or interior damage present before service. We reserve the right to document pre-existing conditions before beginning work.
7. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we take every precaution, the Client assumes all risk for damage to items left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing personal valuables before service.
8. Property Access
The Client warrants they have authority to permit work at the service location and on the vehicle. We are not responsible for any HOA restrictions, parking violations, or property access issues at the service address. The Client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and space for our team to work.
9. Photos & Media
By booking with us, you grant Aces Auto Aesthetics LLC permission to photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service for the purpose of quality documentation and marketing. Vehicle identifying information (license plates) will be obscured in any publicly shared media. You may opt out by notifying us before service begins.
10. Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email, and vehicle/address information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Booking data is stored securely and used only for service coordination and follow-up.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version is always available on our website.

13. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
The Client is responsible for disclosing any known issues with the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects — including but not limited to paint oxidation, clear-coat failure, rust, chips, cracks, prior scratches, loose trim, or aftermarket modifications — that may become more visible after cleaning, or that worsen despite reasonable care during normal detailing.
14. Water & Power Access
Certain services require access to a standard water source and/or electrical outlet at the service location. The Client agrees to provide reasonable access where applicable. Where utilities are unavailable, we will use our own supply when possible, but some services may be limited or rescheduled.
15. Weather
As a mobile service, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather — including heavy rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures — to protect the quality and safety of the work. We will coordinate a new time as soon as possible at no penalty to the Client.
16. Excessive Soiling, Pet Hair & Biohazards
Vehicles with heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, mold, mildew, or bodily fluids may require additional time and materials. Any such surcharge will be quoted and approved by the Client before work continues. We reserve the right to decline cleanup of biohazardous material.
17. Personal Belongings
Please remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property left in the vehicle during service.
18. Results & Coating Disclaimer
Detailing significantly improves a vehicle’s appearance but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, swirl, scratch, or odor, as outcomes depend on the vehicle’s condition. Ceramic coatings and protective products are applied per manufacturer guidance; their longevity depends on proper aftercare, environmental conditions, and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
